On Sunday, I attended a seminar about Dental Office Operations–Human Resources; Efficient use of staff; Interoffice relations. I had been a dentist for many years before opening Hitomi Dental Office, but there are always new things to learn and new ways to improve Hitomi Dental Office for our patients and our staff. It was tiring though, and my husband and I had wonderful pizza and craft beer at Devil Craft in Kanda. It was the perfect elixir to rejuvenate my brain after a long seminar.
